Owning a business can be quite stressful so after having a Doctor tell me my blood pressure was getting to high and that I would need to start taking medication to get it under control, I started riding my Bicycle every day. Now almost a year later, I ride 10 miles a day and never had to start taking medication for my blood pressure. I love the way I feel now and have become quite hooked on riding. For all of you guys and gals who know you need to get out and exercise, I challenge you to look into riding. You will be glad you did ...... after the first few weeks. LOL
